LAST UPDATED - 15-6-10

* TAMIYA MINI CLASS FOR 2011* - We will be running a fun class for 2011. It will be STANDARD Tamiya Mini's. The rules will be finalised at a later date, but so that you can start scouring e-bay and such sites, it will be based running STANDARD Tamiya motors, any M-chassis allowed (M01,M03, M05 etc)

* THANK YOU TO THE DRIVERS*

The organisers of the Primrose Valley model week would like to thank the drivers who took part during the week. An event like this takes alot of hard work, building the tracks, booking in and sorting the heats. Your co-operation during the week with changing heats, marshalling and ensuring the safety of the public by following the safety rules was very much appriciated. We were also very greatful so many of you stayed on and helped pack up the track and equipment at the end of the week. It was also very pleasing to see so many of you talking to the public about our hobby and the model week in general to help raise the profile of the event.

Please keep an eye on this website as pictures, results and more details for race plans for 2011 will be put on here over the next few weeks.

Welcome to the annual Primrose Valley RC Model car holiday. The Holiday week itself has been running for well over 20 years now, but in 2008 the model week which used to comprise of planes and boats as well as cars split to separate sites, with the RC Car section continuing to run at the superb Haven Holiday site.

The week is run by volenteers and the aim of the week is to bring keen RC car enthusiasts from all over the country together for a week full of racing and socialising, meeting new enthusiasts and long term friends who return each year to help keep the week successful.

We try to provide a week packed with racing, from micro through to 1/8th scale, on road or off road, sadly the only class we cannot cater for is large scale 1/5 as the safety fence needed with members of the public present would cost far too much. The aim is to give you every opportunity to race everyday, but if you wish to have a day off sightseeing then that is fine as qualifying for finals day is run over the course of the week. It is your holiday so it is run with everyone in mind.

We would like to wish all modellers and enjoyable week and we welcome any comments and ideas that people may have about their holiday.
